Based on one of my favorite novels, a retelling of the classic myth of Cupid and Psyche, this limited series explores that twisted form of possessive love. Set in the barbarian outlands of ancient Greece, the story centers around a bitter queen fighting to hold on to her beautiful princess at all costs. It's a tale of family drama, betrayal, lust, politics, epic sword battles, and ancient, vengeful gods.
